In 2007, Ms. Fang Ruikuai founded Yongkang Rayka Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. under her own name (Rayka’s Chinese name is Ruikuai), embedding the ethos of "Relentless Innovation, Staying Ahead" into the brand’s DNA. "Rui" (means sharpness) embodies the sharpness to identify industry pain points, while "Kuai" (means quickness) represents the efficiency to drive transformation—both rooted in the resilient strength of a female entrepreneur.

Committed to social responsibility, Fang Ruikuai has dedicated herself to philanthropy and community development. As President of the Yongkang Venture Youth Association, she actively fosters youth entrepreneurship and industrial upgrades by organizing mentorship programs, government-enterprise dialogues, and study tours. Serving two consecutive terms as a deputy of the Jinhua Municipal People’s Congress, she focuses on societal priorities like mental health, family education, youth entrepreneurship, and talent development, proposing actionable policies through rigorous research. Additionally, she champions volunteerism and charitable initiatives via the Sunshine Volunteer Association, contributing multidimensional expertise to Yongkang’s socioeconomic progress and public welfare.
